How do I get my shoot?
Within 24 hours we email you a private download link. Inside: high res photos in 4:5 and 1:1, plus your 9:16 video clips if you ordered them. No account needed.
Will it really look like my product?
Yes. Our team checks every shot so the label, shape and colors match your photo, and redoes any that don't.
What if a shot gets my product wrong?
We fix it for free. If the label, shape or colors don't match your product, tell us which shot and we replace it. Style and mood are set by your brief, so changes of taste aren't included.
Which products work best?
Beauty, skincare, food and drink, candles, jewelry, homeware and accessories. Clothing on a body is not included yet.
Can I use the photos commercially?
