Terms of service
1. Who we are
oneshot is a service by nowsocialize OÜ ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every order placed on this website.
2. The service
You send us one or more photos of your product and a short brief. We create a set of product images (and video clips, if ordered) using AI tools, art directed and checked by our team. The number of images or clips depends on the package you choose.
3. Ordering and payment
You place an order by choosing a package and paying through our payment provider Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added where required by law. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. After payment you send us your product photos and brief.
4. Delivery
Delivery times start once we have both your payment and your complete brief: Photo Starter, Photo Shoot and Photo + Video within 48 hours, Video Starter and Video Shoot within 72 hours, Product Line within 72 hours (120 hours for more than 10 products). We deliver by email as a private download link. If we need clarification, the delivery time pauses until we hear back from you.
5. Product match guarantee
If a delivered image shows your product with the wrong label, shape or colours, tell us within 7 days of delivery which image is affected and we will replace it free of charge. Changes of style, mood or taste that were not part of your brief are not covered.
6. Your photos and brand
You confirm that you own or are allowed to use the photos, logos, trademarks and other material you send us, and that our use of them to create your order does not infringe anyone's rights.
7. Usage rights
Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use the delivered images and clips without time limit for any lawful commercial purpose, including your shop, ads, social media and print. We may not show your images in our portfolio or marketing without your permission.
8. AI generated content
People, places and scenes in the delivered images are generated with AI and do not show real persons. Results are creative interpretations of your product and brief. Small variations from reality are possible; the product match guarantee covers the product itself.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Law
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, email us at hello@nowsocialize.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method you used.
When the right of withdrawal ends
Because we start working on your order right away, at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want us to begin immediately and that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after we have started but before delivery, you pay a proportionate amount for the work already done.

What we collect and why
- Order details: name, email, brand, website, Instagram handle, your brief and the product photos you upload. We use them to create and deliver your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller.
- Emails: when you write to us, we use your message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
- Website usage: we do not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.
Who processes data for us
We use carefully selected service providers under data processing agreements: hosting and storage (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), order forms (Cloudflare), transactional email (Resend), our own email (Google Workspace), and AI image and video generation tools used to create your images (OpenAI, Higgsfield, fal.ai). Some providers may process data outside the EU; in that case we rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your photos
We use your product photos only to create your order. We do not publish them or use them to train AI models, and we do not show your results publicly without your permission.
How long we keep data
We delete your uploaded photos and generated files [90 days] after delivery. Invoices and order records are kept as long as accounting law requires (in Estonia, 7 years).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and you can object to processing. Email us at hello@nowsocialize.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority where you live.
